Service Offering: Promote and sell specialized services such as inspections, audits, safety assessments, and certifications tailored to meet the requirements of Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Chemical industries. Empanelment & Registration: Manage the process of empanelment and registration for various services with key industry stakeholders and clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients during and after project completion, ensuring satisfaction, identifying future needs, and promoting ongoing service offerings. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and relevant technical inputs for client proposals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Sales Strategy & Planning: Responsible for managing sales of up to 5-7 Crores from private-sector clients within the Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors, developing sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives. Industry Expertise: Proven experience in business development within the Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors, with a focus on services such as TPI, safety audits, process safety assessments, certifications, and quality assurance. Customer Relationship Management: Extensive experience in managing relationships with key players in Oil & Gas, Refining, and Chemical industries, including EPC companies, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and standards for inspections, audits, process safety, NDT, and certifications related to the Oil, Gas, and Chemical sectors. Sales & Business Development: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, secure orders, and achieve sales targets within highly competitive markets. Experience handling sales cycles and negotiations for large projects. Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and the ongoing requirements for services in the Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in business development within the Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors.
