Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct
site visits
and understand customer requirements.
Explain solar system benefits, ROI, government subsidies, and technical details in simple terms.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing.
Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the technical/design team for site measurements and installation planning.
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build strong relations with homeowners and local networks (electricians, builders, shopkeepers).
Participate in marketing activities, events, and campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training will be provided).
Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of local area (preferred).
15 years of experience
in solar rooftop sales
