Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Supervision Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project plans. Site Coordination & Management Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for seamless execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress. Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and checklists. Quality Control & Safety Compliance Ensure work adheres to quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines. Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers follow proper procedures. Identify and resolve any construction-related issues on-site. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management review. Maintain records of labor, materials, and equipment usage. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
