Position: Site Engineer

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities to manage on-site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project plans.
• Supervise contractors, laborers, and subcontractors to maintain work quality.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.

Site Coordination & Management

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress.
• Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and checklists.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

• Ensure work adheres to quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers follow proper procedures.
• Identify and resolve any construction-related issues on-site.

Material & Resource Management

• Ensure timely procurement and efficient usage of materials.
• Monitor inventory and minimize material wastage.
• Verify materials and workmanship to meet quality standards.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management review.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
