Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales function in Calicut, guiding a team of executives, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets. This role requires a confident leader with a strong understanding of the real-estate market and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute sales plans to meet revenue objectives and market-share goals. Supervise, mentor, and support a team of sales executives to achieve optimal performance. Identify and pursue new business prospects within Calicut and nearby markets. Conduct meetings, client interactions, and project or site presentations. Manage proposal preparation, pricing, and negotiation processes from lead to closure. Collaborate with marketing and project departments to align client requirements with project delivery. Track market conditions, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine strategies. Prepare regular sales analyses, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in sales, ideally in construction or real estate. Proven leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities. Self-driven, results-oriented professional with strong organizational abilities. You will work closely with our project and design teams to identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and ensure clients experience the best of Pentium Constructions from start to finish.
