Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Sales will play a key leadership role in driving revenue growth, guiding the sales team, and building strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker who can convert opportunities into successful projects while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base in and around Perinthalmanna.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and property or site visits with potential clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or sales management systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
