Our Perinthalmanna branch is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the Malappuram region and build lasting client relationships.

Position Overview

As a Sales Executive at our Perinthalmanna office, you’ll be the driving force behind new business development and client engagement. You will work closely with our project and design teams to identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and ensure clients experience the best of Pentium Constructions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and develop new clients within the Perinthalmanna and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote our projects and services.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
  • Track leads, maintain client information, and update the CRM regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals in line with company objectives.
  • Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and collect feedback on market trends.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about local construction trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM or sales management tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
