We are looking for a responsible and experienced Apartment Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep and supervision of a residential apartment in Calicut.
ensuring the property runs smoothly through daily maintenance, cleaning common areas, handling minor repairs (like light bulbs, leaky faucets), landscaping, overseeing contractors for big jobs, managing supplies, and providing resident support, all while maintaining safety and security, often acting as the first point of contact for issues, and reporting to management to enhance the living experience.
