Job Description

Pentium Constructions is hiring a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to support and streamline construction activities for our residential apartment projects in Calicut. The ideal candidate will act as the communication bridge between site teams, engineers, contractors, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities
• Liaise between site engineers, office staff, and management
• Track work progress and prepare daily / weekly reports
• Assist in material planning and site logistics
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
• Maintain site documentation and records
• Support inspections and resolve minor site issues

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years experience in construction or real estate projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic understanding of construction processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in apartment / high-rise projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
