Job Description

Pentium Constructions is looking for a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to support and manage on-site activities for our residential apartment projects in Perinthalmanna. The role involves coordinating between site engineers, contractors, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and workforce scheduling
• Act as a link between site team, office, and management
• Monitor work progress and report updates
• Assist in material planning and site logistics
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain site documentation and records
• Support site engineer in inspections and supervision

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years experience in construction or real estate projects
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in apartment projects is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
