Operational Oversight Manage day to day operations of the site ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. This included coordinating schedules, managing resources and maintain a safe work environment.
Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between staff, management, and other stake holders, supervise and manage site staff, including scheduling, training and performance evaluations.
Project Management – Oversee project timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This may involve coordinating with contractors and subcontractors in construction settings.
