1.Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, such as production, assembly, woodworking, and finishing. 2.Coordinate with and manage other departments and external contractors. 3.Monitor and enforce project timelines to meet delivery dates. 4.Assign tasks to staff and manage labor and production schedules 5.Requisition and manage materials and supplies, ensuring proper storage and timely delivery. 6.Train staff on job duties, new production techniques, and safety procedures. 7.Resolve work problems, motivate staff, and recommend personnel actions like hiring. 8.Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress, and any challenges. 9.Prepare production and other necessary reports.
