Site Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities across multiple interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, coordinate with the on-ground workforce, and maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor site activities daily.

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and design specifications.

Regularly update on work progress, issues, and site requirements.

Handle multiple site visits when required.

Manage material delivery, storage, and usage at the site.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on site.

Take photos/videos of daily work progress and maintain proper records.

Ensure timely completion of site work as per the project schedule.

Requirements

1- 3 years of experience in interior site supervision or coordination.

Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple sites.

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture preferred.
