Job Summary The Projects & Service Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and commissioning projects, as well as providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for installed systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in automation solutions, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in the field. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and execute projects from concept to completion. Conduct site surveys, requirement gathering, and technical assessments. Install, configure, and commission of equipment and software. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in automation systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of service calls. Documentation & Reporting Prepare project documentation, service reports, and maintenance logs. Maintain detailed records of installations and service. Qualifications & Skills B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation. 2– 4 years of experience in projects and service engineering. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
