Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews. Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies. Onboarding & Documentation: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires including induction planning, documentation, and system access. Employee Records & HR Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, leave trackers, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning, performance tracking, and training needs. Reporting Duties & KPIs: Prepare weekly HR MIS reports, track recruitment metrics, maintain onboarding TAT, and assist with payroll inputs.
