Date Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of solar power projects. As the head of solar project operations, the Solar Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and regulatory standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership, decision-making, and project management skills to successfully manage multiple solar projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Lead end-to-end execution of solar projects from planning to commissioning and handover.

2. Oversee design review, technical approvals, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

3. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance to ensure timely delivery.

4. Lead and coordinate project engineers, site teams, vendors, and contractors.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

6. Oversee procurement, material planning, logistics, and vendor management.

7. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards at all project sites.

8. Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and report to senior management.

9. Oversee documentation, commissioning, handover, and after-sales coordination.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in solar power projects, including strategic leadership and end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong expertise in solar PV system design, execution, commissioning, and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, teams, and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in project management tools, design software, and technical documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications :-

• Candidates based in Maharashtra will be preferred.
• Experience handling EPC solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted)
