Solar Project Head

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end execution of on-grid solar projects (500 kW to 10 MW), both rooftop and ground-mounted.
• Ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams for timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate site survey planning and ensure accurate data is collected.
• Review and guide the design team to align engineering layouts with project and site requirements.
• Prepare and/or validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.
• Optimize material planning to avoid shortages or excesses.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and availability of materials.
• Oversee dispatch plans and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., DISCOMs, government bodies) to obtain necessary permissions and approvals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
• Project progress reporting to client.
• Maintain documentation related to design approvals, dispatch schedules, commissioning checklists, and compliance.
• Track plant performance post-commissioning and coordinate with the O&M team to ensure expected energy generation and uptime.
• Identify and resolve issues that may affect performance KPIs.
• Build and manage a project control team that includes planning, BOQ management, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Act as the central point of communication between internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, and execution).
• Identify potential project risks (delays, shortages, design conflicts) and resolve them proactively to avoid impact on timelines or quality.

Experience : Min. 8 Years - only Solar EPC based similar roles (non-negotiable)

Qualification : B.E. Electrical, Govt. of Gujarat Supervisor License Certificate

Age : 30 Years and above (non-negotiable)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
