Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Project Head located in Gurugram. The Solar Project Head will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and overseeing budgeting and resource allocation. The role also involves troubleshooting project issues and leading a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Project Management skills in the solar energy sector
• Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards for solar projects
• Budgeting and resource allocation expertise
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus
