Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Project Head, located in Lucknow. The Solar Project Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solar energy projects including planning, execution, and delivery. Daily tasks will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals. The Solar Project Head will also be involved in business planning, energy management, and analyzing project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
• Experience in Business Planning
• Knowledge in Energy Management and Renewable Energy
• Familiarity with the Energy Industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Experience in managing large-scale solar projects is a plus
