Position Overview

Quinoid is a fast-growing technology solutions company specializing in SaaS platforms and custom software development for global clients. We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Specialist to join our sales team and play a key role in expanding our market footprint. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, particularly in SaaS and custom software solutions, and will bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the role. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Quinoid’s growth targets.
  • Drive qualified lead generation through cold outreach, networking, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Establish, refine, and optimize sales processes to maximize conversion efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships within the IT, SaaS, and enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Present, position, and demonstrate Quinoid’s SaaS platforms and custom software capabilities to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand solution depth and translate it into business value for clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Track industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
  • Represent Quinoid at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales with focus on SaaS and/or custom software solutions.
  • Strong background in lead generation and building repeatable sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to own targets, work independently, and close mid to large-sized deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Prior exposure to international markets or cross-border sales is a plus.
