Job Title: Software Sales Specialist
Experience Required: 5–6 years in IT / SaaS Sales with proven expertise in Zoho products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Zoho SaaS products including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Understand customer business needs and propose suitable Zoho solutions (CRM, Projects, Books, Desk, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
• 5–6 years of consistent experience in SaaS / IT product sales with hands-on exposure to Zoho solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client relationships.
