As a Sales and Commercial Executive at Aggrandize Venture Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and driving sales conversations to promote the company’s software solutions. This role involves active calling, follow-ups, and managing the early stages of the sales pipeline while also supporting commercial processes like preparing proposals and handling client queries.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
-Identify, research, and qualify potential business leads using various platforms.
-Conduct calls to engage new prospects.
Customer Interaction & Sales Engagement
-Call and follow up with prospective clients to understand their software needs.
-Book meetings or product demos with senior sales or technical teams.
-Maintain excellent customer communication and relationship management during the sales cycle.
Commercial Support
-Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
-Coordinate internally with the sales, finance, and legal teams for pricing and approvals.
-Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the closing team or senior sales reps.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, tele calling, or lead generation (preferably in IT/software industry).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in handling cold calls and sales objections.
Basic understanding of software sales or SaaS is a plus.
