About Us

We are a fast-growing software company specializing in custom web and mobile application development for multiple industries including Education, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
We’re now expanding our footprint in the Pharmaceutical sector, helping companies go digital with CRM, inventory management, compliance tracking, and analytics solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, smart, and field-oriented Sales Executives who can visit pharma companies, distributors, and labs to introduce our digital solutions and bring in new business opportunities.

You will act as the bridge between our technology team and pharma clients, understanding their requirements and helping them adopt customized digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit pharma companies, distributors, and healthcare organizations.
  • Present our web application and digital transformation solutions.
  • Generate leads and coordinate with the tech team for proposals.
  • Achieve monthly targets and maintain client relationships.
  • Submit weekly reports and client visit summaries.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of pharma operations (Sales, Manufacturing, or Distribution).
  • Comfortable in field visits and client meetings.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBA / MBA (Marketing) or related fields.
  • 0–2 years experience in Pharma Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Marketing.
  • Freshers with good communication and confidence are also welcome.

Compensation

  • Travel Allowance: ₹1,000–₹2,000/month (Reimbursable)
  • Incentives: 5–10% of project value (Unlimited earning potential)
