Job Description

As a Sales Representative in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. Here is what you will be responsible for: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales. - Conduct data mining and research to identify potential leads. - Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups to close the leads. - Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. - Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services. - Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. - Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to drive customer satisfaction. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience using CRM software. - Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales. - Proficiency in English is required. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits, and the work schedule is during the day shift. The work location for this role is in person.
