About the Role:

Software Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  Define and execute product vision aligned with market needs, regulatory frameworks, and technological trends.

• Lifecycle Ownership:

  Manage end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration—ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Feature Definition:

  Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and write detailed user stories and requirements.

• Cross-functional Leadership:

  Lead engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

• User Experience:

  Champion intuitive and efficient user experiences tailored to banking and fintech users.

• Compliance & Security:

  Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., SEBI, RBI, MiFID) and implement robust risk and control frameworks.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Define KPIs and track product success; use insights to inform future development.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Maintain strong communication with senior management, IT, and end-users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in financial services.
• Proven success in launching impactful digital products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Investments:

  Mutual Funds, SIPs, ETFs, Retirement Products

• Payments:

  UPI, IMPS, NACH, Acquirer/Bank Integrations

• Rewards & Loyalty:

  Credit/Debit Card rewards, personalized engagement

• SME Banking:

  Working Capital, Overdraft, Merchant Solutions
