Software Product Manager

As a Software Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of cutting-edge products that cater to both business and customer needs. Your expertise in IoT or shared mobility domains, or proven product leadership experience at a reputable tech company, will be invaluable for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends. - Define product requirements through thorough research, user feedback, and competitive analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales. - Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on data-driven insights. - Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and subsequent iterations. - Represent the voice of the customer to ensure product-market fit. - Coordinate go-to-market strategy with marketing and business development teams. - Analyze and monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3-4 years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, or Productboard. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-focused design. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. - Background in software development or engineering is a plus. - Knowledge of data privacy, connectivity protocols, or mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platforms is beneficial.
