Software Product Manager

Axiom Consulting is seeking articulate engineers with a passion for software engineering to join the Products Initiatives team in Bangalore. Axiom is a full-spectrum product development and innovation company with a global presence. As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for product development, solution strategy development, testing, compliance, and deploying solutions. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in an agile environment to drive solutions to market. We are looking for individuals who possess a deep understanding of their domain while also having broad interests and abilities. You must be self-driven, passionate, and capable of taking ownership of your work. The ideal candidate should be able to work well within a team environment but also be comfortable working independently when necessary. You should be able to learn and grow by asking the right questions when faced with challenges. Key skills required for this role include a proven track record of taking software products to market, managing product programs across platforms, decision-making in challenging situations, dynamic product roadmap management, and collaborating with various teams for optimal results. You should have experience managing software solutions using .NET, Java, Android, and IOS. The ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority is essential. While a formal education in engineering and an MBA are desirable, proven experience and expertise are equally valued. This position requires 8-12 years of experience.
