What you’ll be doing

• Evaluate existing lead to cash processes and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, and operations to gather requirements and align on process improvements.
• Configure and customize systems to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Define data requirements and oversee data migration activities during system implementations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into lead to cash processes.
• Analyse data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive data-driven decisions.
• Should have implemented implementation level knowledge in SAP Integration Suite
• Should have implemented multiple SAP webservices and APIs
• It would be preferred if the candidate have knowledge on SAP Cash Management and bank integrations,
• Experience in Agile development practices preferred
• Prior knowledge of handling IT Controls for operational systems holding finance data
• Willing to work in UK time zone
• Strong communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders
• Good understanding of financial cycle knowledge
• Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including its sub-ledgers (AP, AR,COPA, Product Costing and AA).
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
• Provide alternatives and recommend a solution.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements which include reports, data processing, load programs, and adjustment tools.
• Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing (execution) after development completion.
• Work with different teams and IT partners in different parts of the world to provide services to clients.
• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
• Good knowledge of integration aspects between FICO and MM module
• Hands on experience in implementation and support of SD
• Exposure to Pricing, Taxes, transportation and logistics execution and Sales information system
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and migration projects.

Skills Required

• Bachelor/master’s degree from recognized institutions
• Proven experience 5-9 years in lead to cash process optimization and system implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of an organization.
• Functional knowledge of financial process.
• Strong understanding of SAP workflows.
• Strong experience in SAP FI .
• Strong communication skills
• SAP FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance Certification is a plus.
