• Architect and evolve mission-critical systems for a modern, scalable SaaS platform.
• Build robust logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies using Azure-native and third-party tools.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Own and improve engineering workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Perform in-depth code reviews and guide the team in writing clean, testable code.
• Champion TDD, performance profiling, and shift-left testing practices.
• Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

• 10+ years

  of professional software development experience.

• 5+ years

  in a software engineering management or tech lead role.

• You currently write code every day

  and are hands-on with modern systems.
• Expert-level skills in:

• .NET (C#)

  — backend APIs and service architecture

• SQL

  — advanced queries, performance tuning, stored procedures

• Angular

  — component-based front-end development

• Azure

  — App Services, SQL, Functions, DevOps Pipelines
• Proven experience in:
• Building and scaling

  observable systems

  (logs, metrics, traces, alerts)
• Improving

  application performance

  and reducing technical debt
• Implementing and enforcing

  automated testing strategies

• Experience with AI/ML APIs, analytics platforms, or customer-facing insights features.
• Knowledge of Docker, Cloudflare, SendGrid, or Twilio.
• Exposure to multi-region cloud deployments or global scaling challenges.
