Job Description

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to lead multiple teams towards success at a top financial institution as the Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase in the Digital Workflows (ServiceNow Development) division. You will be overseeing a team responsible for a custom ServiceNow technology infrastructure hardware asset management application. Your role will entail managing day-to-day implementation tasks, identifying and escalating issues, and ensuring that your team's work aligns with standards, business requirements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to your team of software engineers and set expectations for their output and collaboration. - Proactively address dependencies to meet business objectives. - Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with standards, service level agreements, and business requirements. - Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team. Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 5 years of practical experience. - Coaching and mentoring skills. - Expertise in ServiceNow configuration principles and advanced ServiceNow certifications. - Hands-on experience in team leadership on the ServiceNow Platform. - Customer relationship skills and proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods. - Well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. Additional Details: Preferred qualifications include a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its IT systems.,
