Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Consultant to design, implement, and maintain Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring IRM applications, understanding risk frameworks, and delivering governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management).
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement risk frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) and ensure compliance alignment.
• Perform data modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation for risk and compliance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IRM applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for IRM processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD and CIS – Risk and Compliance.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Archer, SAP GRC).
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
