Application Development Advisor - Pega
Position Overview
As a Advisor developer, you will be involved in design, development, testing of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related infrastructure. You will be in direct contact with technical leads, delivery managers, system architects, on- and off-shore team members as well as other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks.
- Responsible for implementing technical solutions on Pega 8.8.X, and Pega Healthcare Management
- Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience
- Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems BPM methodology.
- Good hands on implementing PEGA integration services, good understanding of PEGA new case management, GetNext, Agents features.
- Perform regular code and design reviews.
- Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Provide regular updates team lead and project manager on project progress and outstanding issues
- Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and configurations
- Supports packaging and deployment of releases
- Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications

Position Overview:
The Full-stack Data Engineer is responsible for the delivery of a business need end-to-end starting from understanding the requirements to deploying the software into production. This role requires you to be fluent in some of the critical technologies with proficiency in others and have a hunger to learn on the job and add value to the business. Critical attributes of being a full-stack engineer among others is Ownership & Accountability.In addition to Delivery, the full-stack engineer should have an automation first and continuous improvement mindset. They have ownership over their work tasks, and embrace interacting with all levels of the team and raise challenges when necessary. We aim to be cutting-edge engineers – not institutionalized developers.

- Qualifications
Primary Skills:
- Hands on with Python / PySpark programimng - 5yrs+
- SQL exp - 4yr+ (NoSQL can also work, but should have SQL 3yrs atleast)
- Big data technologies such as Databricks Or Snowflake - 1yr+ (strong on theory)
- Exp working with Cloud Tech - 3yrs+ - Any (AWS preferred)
- DevOps practices - 1yrs+
- Experience Desired:
- Experience with Git/SVN
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Python, R, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
- Experience being part of Agile teams – Scrum or Kanban.
- Airflow
- Databricks / Cloud Certifications
Additional Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in BDD and TDD development methodologies
- Work in an agile CI/CD environment (Jenkins experience a plus)
- Knowledge and/or experience with Health care information domains is a plus
