The Impact
This role directly contributes to transforming how S&P Global employees work by delivering AI-powered copilots and automation solutions at enterprise scale. The Engineer II plays a critical role in converting business challenges into measurable digital outcomes, improving efficiency, decision-making, and user experience across global teams. These solutions ultimately support faster innovation and better service delivery to our clients and markets.

Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Build and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows to automate and enhance business processes
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions
Integrate low-code solutions with Microsoft 365, APIs, and enterprise systems
Ensure governance, security, and performance best practices across deployed solutions
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable frameworks and standards
What We’re Looking For
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in software development or automation platforms
Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio
Working knowledge of APIs, Microsoft Cloud tools, and AI-driven workflows
Key Soft Skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to outcomes
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving AI and low-code ecosystem
