Software Engineer

Sairaworld Pvt Ltd is expanding its digital infrastructure to support its diverse ventures, including SBMS SAIRA (India & Dubai), Skillspark JV, and the upcoming Learn Extra EdTech platform. We are seeking passionate and innovative Software Engineers / Developers to join our in-house IT & Digital Innovation Team.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow alongside visionary leadership, work across business domains, and help build next-generation platforms for education, finance, and operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web, desktop, or mobile applications based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using best practices and modern frameworks.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain version control (e.g., Git), and support software deployment cycles.

Tech Platform Support

• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal tools for HR, Finance, Marketing, and Administration.
• Work on SAIRA’s new EdTech platforms, CRM systems, ERP solutions, and client portals.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required for business automation and expansion.

Security & Data Compliance

• Ensure application security and data privacy standards in all development work.
• Support the IT & Audit teams in compliance documentation and vulnerability testing.

Preferred Technical Stack

• Languages: Python, JavaScript (Node.js / React.js / Vue.js), PHP, Java, or C#
• Frameworks: Django, Laravel, .NET, Flutter, or React Native
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Tools: Git, Docker, Figma, Firebase, RESTful APIs
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or ChatGPT API integration

Candidate ProfileEducation & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers with solid project experience, internships, or personal portfolios are welcome.
• Certifications in software development or cloud technologies are a plus.

Skillset & Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business logic and translate it into functional code.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with non-technical teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with tech trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites or workstations (Adoor, Kochi, Idukki, Dubai, etc.)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
