Software Engineer

Role: Archer specialist

Location: Offshore - India

Archer GRC platform support specialist with 6+ years of hands-on with RSA Archer implementation and GRC frameworks.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in the design, architecture, configuration and implementation of GRC solutions such as Archer GRC/IRM
• Experience in implementing the Archer product including integrations with other systems using API, XML and REST/SOAP services
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes
• Experience with creating design processes, technical designs, defining user stories working with onshore/offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing and providing the necessary end user training to deliver the proposed solutions
• Ability to design Archer applications, data feeds, dashboards and advanced workflows
• Experience in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders with an ability to consult, provide recommendations and develop solutions using GRC solutions
• Provide technical consultation and best practices for Archer implementation and customization
• Document system design configuration changes and standard operating procedure
• Strong analytical interpersonal communication writing and presentation skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Process Skills:

• Ability to evaluate, analyze, design and implement solutions based on technical requirements.
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Strong design and technical skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and able to analyze the impact

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 6+ years of work experience in software development.
• Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
