- Create and own end-to-end solutions integrating a wide range of systems, technologies, and processes
- Collaborate with a diverse group of experts in solutions architecture, operations, and other engineering teams to delight internal and external users

- A focus on building excellent user experiences with close attention to detail
- Experience maintaining a high level of software quality without spending increasing amounts of time maintaining tests
- Proven expertise in C# design and development, with strong object-oriented programming skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience and solid understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with the ability to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI or similar conversational AI models, and a general understanding of how to integrate or leverage them in software applications.
- Engineering skills to consistently uphold best practices in security, reliability, and design
- The perseverance to debug complex problems across the whole stack
- The ability to converse with the occasional customer and get to the bottom of their needs
