We are looking for fresh Software Engineers whose primary responsibility will be to quickly learn to design and develop applications, and to coordinate and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Analyze project requirements, create relevant documentation, and ensure timely delivery. Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) under guidance from senior developers. Perform routine development tasks, write clean and documented code, and assist in debugging. Get familiar with existing codebases and steadily improve your programming skills. Learn the technologies used in our stack to contribute to feature enhancements, support, and maintenance. Collaborate with team members using tools like Git, task boards, and AI-powered development assistants (e.g., GitHub, Copilot, ChatGPT). Participate in code reviews — both manually and with assistance from AI-based tools. Stay open to adopting emerging practices such as low-code tools, API integrations, and automation workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, DB & DS. Specific knowledge in any of the modern programming languages like React JS/Native, Node JS, Python, Advanced JavaScript, Word Press will be a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of software applications design tools and languages. Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures. Understanding of basic software design principles and development tools. Willingness to learn and work with AI-powered tools to accelerate development and debugging. Ability to research and troubleshoot problems independently using online and AI-based platforms. Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
