What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in visual design, with at least 3 years focused on UI design. Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite , Figma , and other modern platforms. A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both UI design and marketing creatives . Deep understanding of typography, grids, color theory, branding, and UX best practices. Experience designing for responsive and interactive web/mobile platforms. Strong creative instincts paired with razor-sharp attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Bonus Points For Experience in creative agencies or technology-focused companies. Motion design skills using After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
