Raising the quality bar in scrum teams by early testing via manual or automation process Play a key role in the visibility of testing during each sprint and provide transparency onresults. Work with the team to raise the bar of quality of each user story(ies) to improve thesatisfaction of our internal and external end users. Design and maintain modular, scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright forcomplex web, mobile, and desktop products. Testing user stories manually and writing automation for the same as and when needed. Building out automation frameworks that will help streamline our existing testing Introduce and leverage AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance testing efficiency, such as self-healing tests and intelligent test case prioritization. Reduce flaky tests, improve execution performance, and support test data managementfor sustainable quality practices. Collaborate within the scrum team, providing input for QA testing estimation, sprintplanning, story development and testing, demos, and team retrospectives. Work with the Scrum team to write and define test plans for features Work with Engineering and DevOps to add testing to deployment pipelines. Write Regression, Smoke, and Functional (end-to-end) tests in Playwright usingJavaScript. Convert old automation from Cypress and Selenium to Playwright using JavaScript. Documenting test cases using test case management tools. Ensuring automation coverage and test execution are completed during each sprint andbefore release. Provide concise and accurate documentation of bugs within the sprint in Jira Create & manage bug reports in Jira and communicate with the team Deliver high-quality features by testing stories manually and writing automation for thesame every sprint. Develop automation scripts that can be integrated into the Continuous Integration andContinuous Delivery processYour Professional Qualifications
5–10+ years in Software Quality, Test Automation, or SDET roles experience with hands-on participation in automated and manual testing of software/mobile applications in anagile environment Healthcare experience is a plus Experience in contributing to comprehensive functional and regression test suites fromdesign, implementation, and maintenance of test automation and frameworks Comprehensive knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional, performance, BDD,regression, black-box, white-box testing, and other testing strategies Experience in automating web-based applications is required (5+ years) Automation expertise using Selenium WebDriver is required (5+ years) Automation expertise using Cypress JS is required (5+ years) Automation expertise using Playwright JS is required (2+ years) Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JS, and TypeScript isrequired (5+ years) Automation expertise using tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, PyUnit, jUnit,Cypress, TestNG, or similar Experience with cross-browser test automation using Selenium Grid/Browserstack orsimilar Working knowledge of API automation and experience in setting up API tests for RESTAPIs and Web Services Experience in testing iOS and/or Android mobile apps (optional) Experience in version control tools such as GitHub or similar Experience in working with build tools such as Jenkins and/or Other build tools to integratetest automation into CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication and technical leadership.
