Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for Identity and Access ManagementSystemsAs a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition andevolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developingsoftware for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications oroperating systems.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills inarea of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction andmentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Responsibilities
As a Senior or Principal Member of Technical Staff you will own the software design and developmentfor major components of Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure. You should be both a rock-solid coder and adistributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems, as wellas design broad distributed system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortablyin a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.Candidate Profile: 8 - 12 years of experience delivering and operating large scale, highly available distributedsystems. Strong knowledge of C, C++ or Java, and experience with scripting languages such as Python,Perl, etc. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systemsfundamentals. Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard networkarchitectures. Strong understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistencetechnologies. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Experience building multi-tenant security solution or IAM products is a strong plus.Top 3 skill sets / technologies in the ideal candidate:
- Software Engineering experience with distributed systems within large scale environments
- 8-12 years of experience working on challenging issues with a self-starter / self-motivated

- Deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management domain – Identity Management,
Identity Provisioning, Synchronization, and Identity Lifecycle management, Single Sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication, Biometric Authentication, Passwordless Authentication, FederatedAuthentication, Privileged Access Management, Adaptive Access Management, CARTA(Continuous Adaptive Risk and Trust Assement), Authorization Service- and IAM protocols suchas SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, FIDO, OATH, SAML 2.0, and etc.
