Software Coordinator (eFleet Systems) – Best Roadways Ltd.Role SummaryOwn daily ops on eFleet Systems (TMS/ERP): ticket intake, fixes with vendors/internal teams, UAT, releases, data hygiene, and light automations. Keep LR→Trip→Dispatch→POD→Billing flowing with clear SLAs and zero surprises. ResponsibilitieseFleet Admin & Ops User provisioning/roles, masters (Customers, Lanes/Routes, Vehicles, Drivers, Brokers, Rate Contracts, Branches). Monitor transactions: LR creation, trip sheet, GPS tracking, e-way bill/e-invoice, POD (ePOD/HPOD), billing, CN/DN, driver settlement. Data hygiene: PIN codes, city/area mapping, GSTINs, OA numbers, SKU/material mapping. Support & SLAs Run the ticket desk (ERP/eFleet, CRM, WhatsApp/Email automations); triage, assign, and close within SLA. Coordinate with eFleet vendor support for defects/CRs; maintain release notes & rollback plans. Create UAT scripts, conduct smoke tests, capture sign-offs from Sales/KAM, Operations, Billing, Credit Control. Integrations & Automations Work with GPS provider, FASTag/fuel cards, e-way bill & e-invoice APIs, WhatsApp/Exotel/email gateways. Build small automations (Google Sheets + Apps Script/AppSheet) for alerts, reconciliations, and dashboards. Reporting OTIF, placement, POD pending age, billing TAT, detention, vehicle utilization, driver settlements, SLA dashboard (MTTA/MTTR). Must-Have Skills2–5 yrs in TMS/ERP application support; hands-on eFleet admin/operator experience. Strong Excel/Google Sheets (lookups/pivots), basic SQL for report/extracts, API familiarity (Postman). Clear communication (English/Hindi), crisp documentation (SOPs, runbooks), stakeholder management. Good to HaveLogistics domain (FTL/PTL, solar/chemicals), GST e-invoice/e-way bill workflows. Looker Studio/BI basics; AppSheet/Apps Script; experience with rate contract setup & brokerage flows. KPIsMTTA ≤ 30 mins, MTTR within SLA; % tickets closed within SLA. POD posted ≤ 24 hrs, Billing TAT as agreed; <2% post-release defects. Documentation coverage for all live modules; # automations shipped/quarter.
