Job Summary:

The Software Coordinator acts as a key link between the requirements team and the software development team, ensuring smooth communication, clear understanding of project goals, and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires both technical expertise and strong coordination skills to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the requirements (business analysis/product) team and the software development team.
• Review, clarify, and document software requirements to ensure technical teams have a clear understanding.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications when needed.
• Assist developers by explaining requirements and verifying technical feasibility.
• Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Perform basic code reviews or understand code changes to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support testing and quality assurance by verifying that the developed features meet requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirement traceability and change logs.
• Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software coordination, software development, or technical project management.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to read and understand code (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
