Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Sheet Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Google Sheets automation, with proficiency in various automation tools and methodologies. Additionally, experience with FMS (File Management Systems), IMS (Inventory Management Systems), PMS (Project Management Systems), MIS (Management Information Systems), and Checklist automation is required. Knowledge of WhatsApp automation would be a significant plus. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement automated solutions using Google Sheets to streamline various processes such as data management, reporting, and analysis.2. Design and maintain File Management Systems (FMS) to organize and manage documents efficiently within Google Sheets environment. 3. Implement Inventory Management Systems (IMS) to track and manage inventory levels, orders, and procurement processes directly from Google Sheets. 4. Create Project Management Systems (PMS) within Google Sheets to facilitate project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. 5. Develop Management Information Systems (MIS) to generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and insights using data from Google Sheets. 6. Design and automate checklists and workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across different operations. 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity and efficiency. 8. Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing automated solutions effectively. 9. Stay updated with the latest automation tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance automation capabilities. 10. Explore and implement WhatsApp automation solutions to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
