Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Bangalore ( Bellandur Gate )

Department: Learning & Development / Training

Salary : Upto 9 LPA


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employees’ communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills. The trainer will play a key role in equipping individuals with the behavioral and workplace competencies required to perform effectively and confidently in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs, including but not limited to:
  • Communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Interpersonal skills & teamwork
  • Time management & organizational skills
  • Emotional intelligence & empathy
  • Conflict resolution & problem-solving
  • Leadership & people management
  • Customer service and client handling
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with managers and HR.
  • Customize training modules based on employee roles and organizational requirements.
  • Use interactive training methods such as role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement tracking.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions where required.
  • Stay updated with the latest training trends and incorporate innovative learning practices.
  • Prepare reports, maintain training records, and share regular progress updates with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification in soft skills training, behavioral training, or related areas is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer / soft skills trainer.
  • Experience in designing and delivering classroom and virtual training sessions.
