Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer who can train engineering students in communication, personality development, leadership, and workplace readiness. The trainer will play a key role in enhancing the employability and professional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, group discussions, and interview techniques.
• Develop customized training modules for students across all engineering streams.
• Work closely with the Training & Placement Cell to prepare students for campus placements and industry interactions.
• Organize workshops and activities to build confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain updated training materials and adopt innovative teaching methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Management, or related field.
• Certification in soft skills, corporate training, or personality development (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a trainer in academic or corporate settings.
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹21,297.60 - ₹44,303.60 per month
