About the Role

We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Trainee to support our social media team across multiple brands and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn how professional social media marketing works - from content ideation to execution, reporting, and trend tracking.

You will work closely with senior team members, assist in daily operations, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world social media campaigns, client accounts, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Support the team with caption writing, hashtag research, reel ideas, and content calendars
• Track social media trends, formats, and competitor activity
• Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with design, video, and account teams for smooth daily execution
• Support on-ground shoots and content execution when required
• Ensure brand guidelines and content quality are followed under supervision

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong interest in social media, content, and digital branding
• Good command of English; Marathi is a plus
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Reels, and LinkedIn content formats
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva; familiarity with paid tools or Canva AI is a plus
• Awareness of social media trends, memes, and platform features
• Good communication and coordination skills
