Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to manage multiple brand accounts. You will plan, schedule, and execute content strategies, coordinate with designers and editors, track performance, and drive engagement across platforms. This role blends content ideation, strategy, and analytics to help brands grow their social presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client and business goals.

• Coordinate with multiple brands to understand briefs and transform them into actionable plans.

• Collaborate with designers, editors, and copywriters to create engaging content.

• Plan, maintain, and execute social media calendars for multiple clients.

• Create, curate, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

• Monitor social channels, respond to queries, and build active communities.

• Execute paid and organic campaigns to increase brand visibility.

• Track, analyze, and present social media performance reports with actionable insights.

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist / Executive / Strategist (agency experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and engagement techniques.

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social.

• Strong content ideation and storytelling skills.

• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities.

• Analytical mindset — ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.

• Knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
