About the Role

We are seeking a creative and trend-conscious Social Media Marketing Specialist to build and maintain our brand’s presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and executing social media strategies that resonate with our global audience. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring consistent messaging and high engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Content Creation: Design and curate engaging text, image, and video content (Reels/Shorts) that aligns with brand identity.

Community Management: Manage day-to-day social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and fostering community discussions.

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and company milestones.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to keep the brand relevant.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using tools like Sprout Social, Buffer, or platform-specific analytics.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to produce high-quality visual assets.

Brand Advocacy: Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management. Freshers with a strong personal brand, creative portfolio, or successful internship projects are encouraged to apply.

Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn (B2B), Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.

Creative Skills: Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express) and video editing apps (CapCut, InShot).

Writing Skills: Excellent English copywriting skills with an ability to write catchy captions and professional posts.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and hashtag research strategies.

Preferred Skills

Influencer Marketing: Experience in identifying and collaborating with industry influencers.

Paid Social: Basic understanding of boosted posts and Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager.

AI for Content: Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) for content brainstorming and enhancement.

Photography/Videography: Basic skills in capturing high-quality mobile photos or videos for social updates.
