Role Overview

We are looking for one highly committed Social Media professional who can lead, plan, manage, and execute end-to-end social media operations independently. This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, consistency, and accountability.

Only serious and eligible candidates who are comfortable taking full responsibility for social media planning and delivery should apply.

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Ownership)

Strategy & Planning

• Own the complete social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business goals
• Define content themes, campaigns, and posting schedules

Content Creation & Execution

• Create and publish posts, reels, short videos, and captions
• Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency
• Coordinate creatives, copy, and posting timelines

Management & Monitoring

• Manage daily social media operations independently
• Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and inquiries
• Ensure timely responses and community management

Performance & Reporting

• Track reach, engagement, and growth metrics
• Analyze performance and optimize content strategy
• Share regular performance updates and insights

Leadership & Ownership

• Take full accountability for social media outcomes
• Proactively suggest improvements and new ideas
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
• Proven experience managing social media end-to-end
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Comfortable with Canva / basic video editing tools
• Strong communication and planning skills
• On-site availability (Kolkata)
