About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets and engaging video content that tells our brand story across various digital channels. From designing professional brochures to editing fast-paced social media reels, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design: Create professional graphics for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta), website banners, email newsletters, and corporate presentations.

Video Editing: Trim, sequence, and edit raw footage into polished videos, including corporate explainers, product demos, and social media Reels/Shorts.

Branding: Ensure all visual and video content aligns with Infotroz Solutions’ brand guidelines, maintaining consistent colors, fonts, and tone.

Motion Graphics: Develop basic animations and motion graphics to make complex tech data more engaging and visually appealing.

Post-Production: Perform color correction, audio syncing, and add sound effects (SFX) or background music to video projects.

Print Design: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and event standees as needed.

Collaboration: Coordinate with Content Writers and Digital Marketers to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Asset Management: Organize raw files, project folders, and final exports for easy team access.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a dual design/edit role. Freshers with an outstanding portfolio/showreel are encouraged to apply.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and video formats/resolutions for various platforms.

Creativity: A diverse portfolio that demonstrates both static design and video storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills

Canva Proficiency: Ability to use Canva for quick-turnaround social media assets.

AI Tools: Experience with AI-driven design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Descript) to enhance productivity.

Web Basics: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles or Figma.

Photography/Videography: Experience in capturing high-quality photos or videos is a significant plus.
